Shipping policy
All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using UPS, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 8 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Shipping times are calculated from the moment an order is placed until it is shipped from our fulfillment center. Delivery times are calculated from the moment an order is shipped from our fulfillment center to when it is delivered to the buyer. As soon as an order is shipped, tracking information will be made available.
The shipping and delivery times outlined in the table below apply to shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the US. Please note that shipping and delivery times to other US states and territories, such as Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, may be longer.
